It includes planning volumes and commercial programmes ahead of the season, then making disciplined, data-informed decisions in real time to ensure supply, specifications and delivery remain aligned.

This is done in close coordination with our technical, quality and logistics teams, supported by structured reporting and transparent commercial performance tracking.
