Our People

Stewardship from orchard to market

Zonnehaven is built on people. Three shareholder producers, thousands of agricultural workers, experienced farm managers, skilled packhouse personnel, logistics partners and our core Zonnehaven team of 20 work in close coordination to deliver on one shared commitment: cultivating perfection.

From pruning an orchard tree to completing export documentation, every hand in our value chain plays a defined and valued role. It is this depth of experience, accountability and collaboration that allows us to maintain consistent quality, reliable supply and trusted market relationships season after season.

For us, sustainability is not only environmental. It is also about sustaining livelihoods, strengthening rural economies and creating stable, dignified working conditions across the value chain. The long-term success of Zonnehaven is inseparable from the wellbeing of the people who grow, pack, move and market our fruit.
